  • Jill Ziedrich, Showroom Manager at Hudson Street Design of Healdsburg, grew up in our town and worked for Healdsburg Lumber Company as a teenager in the Receiving Department and the Sales Counter. Jill attended college at Chico State, and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Criminal Justice. She worked for Exchange Bank in Sacramento then returned to Healdsburg in 2008.

    Jill re-joined the company as a Sales Representative and was promoted to Showroom Manager in 2009. She is actively pursuing certification by the Door & Hardware Institute and is working towards becoming a Certified Hunter Douglas Professional Dealer.

  • John Lane has spent a lifetime working with construction materials and products. He worked for the family business, Lane Supply Inc, from 1970 through 1986, starting in the warehouse, driving delivery trucks, then moving into outside sales. He ran the company from 1980 until it closed in 1986 and then joined Healdsburg Lumber Company in 1987.

    John is our premier Sales Representative for the most discerning customers of Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Mendocino counties. He has been factory trained and certified in Marvin Windows and Doors, Milgard Windows & Doors, Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors, Andersen Windows and Doors, Simpson Door, Tru-Stile Door, Architectural Traditions and ABS Doors. John offers in-depth expertise for all your construction needs from foundation to finish hardware.

  • Heather DeBerry, Sales Representative for Hudson Street Design of Healdsburg, was born and raised in Mill Valley, CA and graduated from The University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Agricultural Business. She moved to New Mexico to care for her husband's family and ranch and started her career in window and door sales at Rawson Inc. Builders Supply. In 1998 Heather moved back to California and joined Higgins Lumber in their Pella Window Division where she worked until she joined us in July, 2010.

    Heather spends time volunteering as President of the Middletown Central Park Association, a non-profit group that maintains and upgrades the local rodeo arena and park for the children and families of their community.

    Heather is known for her accessible, approachable, thoughtful style of interacting with homeowners. Her ability to clearly explain some of the more complicated aspects of selecting window and doors have created many happy customers over the years. She recently earned a certificate as a Construction Document Technologist. Heather enjoys the design aspect of her work, particularly figuring out the best possible solutions for window & door challenges.

  • Chelsea Carter, sales representative at Hudson Street Design Healdsburg specializes in window treatment. She joined the company in 2013, where she soon became a professional dealer for Hunter Douglas.

    Chelsea grew up in Healdsburg and has lived in Sonoma County for the majority of her life. Chelsea received her AA degree in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, from which she applies her passion for design and decor.

  • Rachael Michutka joined the staff of Hudson Street Design in September of 2013 as a Kitchen and Bath Designer. She studied Interior Design and Architecture at The Art Institute of California and received her Bachelor of Science from Westwood College in Interior Design.

    For the past 7 years, Rachael has designed kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms and has accomplished numerous general interior design and decorating projects.  She creates industry standard CAD drawings, showing both contractors and clients floor plans and elevations of the space she is designing.  Rachael focuses on a strict adherence to budget, emphasizes accuracy and most importantly, creates pleasing, unique, and functional design compositions that her clients love to live in.

    She has an extensive background in project managing and estimating ensuring projects are completed on time. Coming from a fabrication world, her experience in tile, natural stone, manufactured solid surfaces, recycled materials and leading edge materials make her designs wonderfully compelling.

    Rachael’s exceptional design instinct, passion for her craft, and customer focus reward her with glowing client reviews.

  • Melissa Simpson, inside salesperson at Hudson Street Design of Marin, joined us in 2014.

    She has 2 years of experience being a supervisor and office manager for various companies.

    Melissa also earned her Hunter Douglas certification

    With her strong customer service, sales, and attention to detail, she will be a valuable resource to the Marin homeowners.

  • Michael Osborn joined Healdsburg Lumber Company in 2012, originally in the lumber yard filling custom orders. His enthusiastic attitude and passion for providing excellent service to customers was noticed by all who interacted with him and it wasn’t long before he was promoted to inside sales at Hudson Street Design focusing on window, door and hardware sales. His background in the lumber yard allows him to have a solid understanding on what materials are needed for the job.

     

    Michael consistently stays up-to-date with industry trends and has received training from Marvin, Simpson and several other manufacturers.

     
    Valdez Moreno

  • Valdez Moreno was born & raised in Southern California. He attended Cal State Univ. @ Fullerton and obtained degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting. His post grad studies included courses in contract negotiation & space planning at UCLA, as well as design studies at Otis Parsons (formerly Otis Art Institute and Parsons School of Design) in Los Angeles.

    While growing up, he worked with the Design Trade in L.A. putting his skills & training to use as a showroom manager and designer.

    Moving to Northern California, he worked as a sales & design consultant at City Lights working with the electrical, building and design trades. Valdez later joined Collier Warehouse in S.F. where he “cut his teeth” selling windows, doors and monumental skylights while working through the labyrinth of permits, performance requirements and historical-architectural relevance required to sell in The City by The Bay and beyond.

    Since he is factory-trained (with Marvin, Andersen, Milgard, Fleetwood and Kolbe), he has a unique understanding of building products and matching them to the projects,  while satisfying both design and budget (i.e. “value-engineering”) criteria.  He brings over 25 years of sales experience to HSD/HLC in the fields of Building Materials and Design to our customers in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, San Francisco and East Bay locales.
